He has founded and led automotive software businesses, including scaling a private equity-backed company globally. David has served on the board and chaired several automotive-focused private equity-backed businesses.
His expertise spans automotive deep-tech, including AV, ADAS, EV, and sustainable materials.

Neil has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, he has held senior leadership positions in the U.S. and Globally with experience in both public and private companies.
He has a background in automotive technology and has executed several successful exits of up to $1.5BN.

Tim brings over 15 years of experience in corporate development across leading autotech software companies in the US and Europe. He has held senior roles in listed, private and PE-backed businesses, focusing on M&A and improving commercial models.
Specialising in scale-up growth and exit strategies, Tim advises founders and leadership teams on how to build value and prepare for transformative outcomes. His track record spans complex cross-border deals and strategic partnerships, always with an eye on sustainable growth and long-term success.
